What do PhotoCraft do ?
At PhotoCraft we work with photographs to produce satin finish greetings cards or invitations which are printed onto an Ultimate White card. Our products are either personalised … our photos with your words … or are customised … send us your photo and add your personal message.
Can I order just one card ?
Certainly. Or as many party invitations or Thank you cards as you like.
I like one of your photos - can I have a print ?
Absolutely. Our photographs are normally available as A4 size prints and can be mounted or framed. Please contact us for details.
How can I send my photos ?
For Custom PhotoCards you will need to send us your picture.
It can be a photograph … negative … or transparency sent to us by post and will be returned to you.
It can be a digital image from a digital camera … or a scanned photo.
These can be sent directly to us. Just use our Upload facility.
Images sent at 300 pixels per inch resolution give very good results but lower resolutions can be less satisfactory.
Please note that we will be unable to work with images which may involve any breach of copyright or
with any images which may cause offence.
Can I send a picture from my mobile phone ?
Yes. The quality of images from mobile phones is improving rapidly - but don't expect miracles. Just e-mail your photo to sales@photocraft.co.uk
What words can I use on my card ?
You can choose any words for the front or the inside of a card - as long as there is room.
Please note that we will be unable to enter any text which may be offensive.
Can I request a different font for my words ?
Of course. Any colour too. We can access most fonts - jusk ask on our order form - or contact us.
Will I see a proof ?
If you have ordered a quantity of cards then a proof can be sent to you by post (time permitting), or by e-mail, for approval. Proofs are not normally sent for single cards - but if you want one then just ask - we can send an e-mail one at no extra charge.
How can I pay you ?
We can accept … Visa … MasterCard … debit cards … or cheques made payable to PhotoCraft. We only accept £ Sterling at this time.

When can I expect my Order ?
Normally, your order will be posted to you by First Class Mail or e-mailed (as an E-Card) within 48 hours after receipt of payment - and usually sooner.
E-cards may be sent to you (to forward) or to any other e-mail address.
Can you post my card for me ?
Of course. Your order can be sent directly to your recipient … or back to you to sign. There is no extra charge for one card but direct postage for more than one will be quoted separately.
Can my order arrive on a specific day ?
We can post your order on any day you choose … but the mail has limitations and a birthday card arriving a day late is a huge disappointment. So we would rather send the order a little early and mark the envelope "To open on your Birthday".
My order has not arrived … what now ?
First Class Mail is normally a next day delivery service … if your PhotoCard has not been delivered within 5 days of dispatch, or if the package is damaged, please contact.
What if I am not happy ?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, then please return the product and we will issue a full refund upon receipt. However, a refund cannot be issued if you have previously approved a proof.
If you wish, you may cancel your order at any time prior to printing. However, orders with a value more than £40 will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
