On this page you will find our terms and conditions and some additional information for you before you send us your Order.

Your photos: For Custom PhotoCards you will need to send us your picture.
It can be a photograph … negative … or transparency sent to us by post and will be returned to you. It can be a digital image from a digital camera … or a scanned photo.
Images sent by e-mail are easy to send in JPEG format - but this is not a requirement.
Images sent at 300 pixels per inch resolution give very good results but lower resolutions can be less satisfactory.
Please note that we will be unable to work with images which may involve any breach of copyright or with any images which may cause offence.

Your words: Please note that we will be unable to enter any text which may be offensive.

Delivery: Normally, your order will be posted to you by First Class Mail or e-mailed (as an E-Card) within 48 hours after receipt of payment.
E-cards may be sent to you (to forward) or to any other e-mail address.

Payment ( £ Sterling only please ) :
We can accept … Visa … MasterCard … debit cards … or please send a cheque with your order made payable to  PhotoCraft.

Refunds … replacements … cancellations :
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, then please return the product and we will issue a full refund upon receipt.
First Class Mail is normally a next day delivery service … if your PhotoCard has not been delivered within 5 days of dispatch, or if the package is damaged, please contact us. If you wish, you may cancel your order at any time prior to printing. However, orders with a value more than £40 will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Refunds cannot be issued once a proof has been accepted and the order printed.
